Former Pittsburg Cop Charged With Owning, Selling Illegal Assault Rifles

A former Pittsburg police officer faces 4 counts of proudly owning and promoting two unlawful assault rifles.

The Contra Costa County District Lawyer’s Workplace filed expenses Thursday in opposition to Armando Montalvo. He has been charged with two counts for the manufacture, distribution, sale, or transport of an assault weapon. He additionally faces a two-count cost for the possession of assault weapons.
