‘Egg-celent and heartwarming:’ Girl Scout troop decorates Easter Eggs with seniors
PETERS TOWNSHIP (KDKA) – We’ve got an “egg-celent” story that’s certain to heat your coronary heart.
All it took to deliver two very totally different generations collectively in Peters Township have been some Easter eggs!
It was a second of enjoyable on the Waters of McMurray Senior Residing Neighborhood as members of Lady Scout Troop 17036 paid a go to to dye Easter eggs with the residents.
They adorned the eggs with the standard colours of purple, pink, pink, black, and white.
This troop has a deep relationship with the seniors, because the residents ceaselessly buy Lady Scout Cookies, sing carols collectively, and take nearly each and any alternative to spend time collectively.
The women had a good time and the seniors stated they’re so grateful to remain lively and socialize, including that the ladies are simply the cutest.
