Upper Darby house fire kills man, displaces 4 including 8-month-old infant

UPPER DARBY TWP., Pennsylvania (WPVI) — A 60-year-old man was killed in a hearth in Higher Darby, Delaware County.

The fast-moving fireplace broke out round 4 a.m. Thursday on the 6000 block of Radbourne Street.

First responders inform Motion Information the person was discovered within the second-floor bed room.

He was taken to a neighborhood hospital the place he was pronounced lifeless.

Officers say the fireplace has displaced 4 folks, together with an 8-month-old toddler.
