Uber offering free rides from bars, restaurants through program in Washington Township, NJ
WASHINGTON TWP., New Jersey (WPVI) — New Jersey residents in Washington Township can get free Uber rides house from native bars and eating places.
The township says this system works.
When it operated from 2017 to 2019, there was a 12% lower in DWI arrests.
The free rides can be found seven days every week, starting at 9 p.m.
There is no such thing as a price to the taxpayers of Washington Township.
This system is funded by donations.
