Police: Teen grazed by stray bullet while walking with friends in Philadelphia

PHILDELPHIA (WPVI) — A young person was grazed by a stray bullet whereas strolling along with her pals on Thursday evening, in keeping with Philadelphia police.

It occurred round 8 p.m. close to the intersection of Pratt and Charles streets within the metropolis’s Frankford part.

In keeping with Philadelphia Chief Inspector Scott Small, the 15-year-old feminine was strolling close to the intersection along with her pals after they heard gunshots.

At the least eight photographs have been fired. One of many bullets hit the teenager’s neck.
