Philadelphia PAL Centers extend hours to provide refuge for youth amid rising gun violence

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — As gun violence continues to rage uncontrolled on the streets of Philadelphia, children like Munir Williams are discovering refuge in Police Athletic League (PAL) facilities.
