Parents, grandmother charged in death of 4-month-old; Fentanyl found in child’s blood: Police

TREVOSE, Pennsylvania (WPVI) — A mom, father and grandmother are charged within the dying of a 4-month-old who was discovered unresponsive in a Bucks County dwelling, police introduced Thursday.

The mother and father are recognized as Daniel Howarth and Felicity Westmoreland. The grandmother is recognized as Donna Westmoreland.

In keeping with Bensalem police, officers had been dispatched to a report of a child in cardiac arrest at a house on Oak Avenue in Trevose on January 7.

The 4-month-old was discovered unresponsive in the lounge and was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital in Langhorne the place he was pronounced lifeless.
