Neighbors experience street flooding after sewer replacement issue in Holmes, Pa.

HOLMES, Pennsylvania — It was an actual messy Saturday for a neighborhood in Delaware County after a sewer substitute challenge had some issues leading to road flooding.

Neighbors say the sewer drain is being repaired on Winona Avenue in Holmes, Pa.

However crews reportedly disconnected the outdated drain giving the water no place to go however out onto the road.

The township has been notified, in line with reviews.

For now, although, neighbors say they’re simply holding watch to maintain automobiles from coming down their flooded road.
