National Weather Service confirms 2 tornadoes touched down briefly in Pennsylvania
Forecasters in State School say one twister touched down simply earlier than midday Friday close to New Franklin in southern Franklin County. They are saying the EF-0 twister had peak winds of about 70 mph.

Twister watch vs warning: What to do while you see alert messages
Forecasters say one other twister touched down shortly after 2 p.m. Friday in Kirkwood in jap Lancaster County. They stated the EF-1 twister had estimated wind speeds of about 105 mph and did “intensive injury to a number of buildings.”
LNP reported {that a} handful of barns and silos had been closely broken by the storms, and emergency crews within the space spent hours cleansing particles.
