PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — A automobile crash within the Looking Park part of Philadelphia has became a murder investigation.

Police say a Volkswagen SUV jumped the curb round 11 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of West Sedgley Road and crashed right into a fence.
