Man and his dog escape partial house collapse in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — A house in Philadelphia’s Tioga-Nicetown neighborhood was closely broken after it partially collapsed early Sunday morning.

It occurred round 5 a.m. within the 1900 block of Bonitz avenue close to Clarissa Road.

Officers say a person and his canine had been inside the house on the time of the collapse.

They had been in a position to escape with none accidents.

Investigators are wanting into the reason for the collapse and if the house will be saved.

A neighboring residence was additionally evacuated.
