Gov. Josh Shapiro spent part of his afternoon on Thursday talking fiscal policy with literal children — and with surprising success.
Speaking with students at CrossPoint Early Learning Center, Shapiro asked if they knew that he was the governor, and what the governor does. The preschoolers said he gives out money and jobs.
