Pennsylvania theme park ride strands riders upside-down
June 1 (UPI) — Passengers on a Pennsylvania amusement park experience have been left suspended upside-down within the air attributable to a mid-ride malfunction.
Kennywood Park in West Mifflin confirmed the Aero 360 experience malfunctioned and left riders stranded upside-down for a short while.
“Upkeep employees responded, shortly introduced the experience again to its designated relaxation place, and safely evacuated the riders,” Kennywood Common Supervisor Mark Pauls stated in a press release offered to KDKA-TV.
Pauls stated three riders visited the primary support middle as a precaution earlier than returning to the park.
The experience will stay closed whereas a evaluation is performed, Pauls stated.
