Two Circumstances of Strangulation Reported to Police
UNDATED – State police reply to 2 strangulation incidents lately. One report comes from Derry Township, Montour County involving an unidentified 35-year-old male. Troopers will not be disclosing the perpetrator’s identify that occurred on Steffens Highway January 14 at about 11am.
One other report is from Herndon the place 39-year-old Maia Zerby of Herndon and the victims had been two people at that location.
Each circumstances concerned strangulation of the victims, in keeping with troopers.
