Christian Arroyo Collazo of New Castle, Pennsylvania, pleaded guilty to a gun trafficking conspiracy, facing up to 15 years in prison, U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced. The plea was entered before U.S. District Judge John L. Sinatra, Jr. Collazo was involved in transporting approximately 40 firearms, including pistols and AR-style rifles, to Jamestown, New York, from July 2022 through March 2023.

The case is prosecuted under the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act, focusing on curbing illegal firearms trafficking. Sentencing for Collazo is scheduled for August 16, 2024, where he will receive his final judgment from Judge Sinatra.
