PENNSYLVANIA HISTORY: Until 1983, cars had to be inspected every six months in the commonwealth. WTAE reporter Cathy Milton spoke to officials ahead of the switch to annual inspections — one of whom insisted we would all regret it. Watch her original report in the video below.
