Central Bucks Again Ranks As Top Public School District In Bucks

PENNSYLVANIA — The Central Bucks School District has again been ranked among the best in the state in Niche’s 2024 Best Schools and Districts rankings.

The district is among 390 Pennsylvania school districts included in Niche’s ranking of 12,192 school districts nationwide. The list includes 364 newly ranked school districts.

Niche gave Central Bucks an overall letter grade of A. Grades in specific categories are:

  • Academics: A+
  • Teachers: A
  • Clubs and activities: A
  • Sports: A
  • Resources and facilities: B-
  • Diversity: C+
  • College prep: A+
  • Administration: A
  • Food: A

The district ranks 23 out of 496 (Best School Districts in PA), 36 out of 494 (Best School Districts in PA For Athletes), 43 out of 497 (Best School Districts to Teach in PA) and 356 out of 10,932 (Best School Districts in the Nation).

In Bucks County, Central Bucks continues to rank as the top public school district in the county followed by New Hope-Solebury at number two and Council Rock at number three.

Ranked as the Top 25 districts in Pennsylvania are: Radnor Township, Tredyffrin-Easttown, North Allegheny, Lower Merion, Mt. Lebanon, Upper St Clair, Fax Chapel, South Fayette, Derry Township, State College, Colonial, Wallingford-Swarthmore, Union Chadds Ford, Spring Ford, Wissahickon, Garnet Valley, Hampton Township, Springfield Townsip, Peters Township, West Chester, Downingtown, Upper Dublin, Central Bucks, New Hope-Solebury and Quaker Valley.
