NY judge holds Trump in contempt, issues daily $10K fines until he complies with AG

A New York Supreme Court docket decide held former President Donald Trump in civil contempt on Monday, ordering him to pay $10,000 daily till he absolutely complies with New York Lawyer Normal Letitia James’s subpoena in her investigation of the Trump Group.

Trump lawyer Alina Habba argued that any supplies that Trump had not turned over had been within the possession of the Trump group, not Trump personally.

James celebrated the ruling on Twitter.
