New Jersey senior center residents evacuated after fire breaks out in apartment

RIDGEWOOD, New Jersey (WABC) — Residents of a senior heart in New Jersey had been evacuated after a fireplace broke out on Saturday night.

Roughly 45 residents had been evacuated from the Ridgecrest Senior Housing Residences in Ridgewood after a fireplace began in one of many flats.

There isn’t a phrase but on any accidents.

The reason for the hearth stays underneath investigation.

Officers are evaluating whether or not the residents can return to their flats.
