N.J. governor’s office analyst killed in New Year’s crash on Route 1
The 25-year-old woman killed early New Year’s Day in a multi-car crash on Route 1 in Plainsboro has been identified as a policy analyst in the New Jersey governor’s office.
Louisa Bradlow Carman, 25, of Princeton, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash shortly before 2 a.m. on Route 1 south near College Road, according to the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office.
She served as a policy analyst the governor’s Office of Health Care Affordability and Transparency, Gov. Phil Murphy said in a statement Monday night.
