Development has topped out on 345 Baldwin Avenue, a 13-story residential constructing within the Journal Sq. neighborhood of Jersey Metropolis. Designed by Frank J Quatela Architects and developed by Titanium Realty Group, the construction will yield 116 items in addition to ground-floor retail house and a parking storage.
