Two Arrested in Connection With December Shooting Outside Chinese Restaurant in NH

Two folks have been arrested in reference to a taking pictures final month exterior a Manchester, New Hampshire, restaurant.

Manchester police mentioned they had been known as to Yee Dynasty on South Willow Road on Dec. 30 for a report of a taking pictures. Once they arrived they mentioned they discovered a male sufferer affected by a gunshot wound. He was taken to a neighborhood hospital with non-life-threatening accidents.

Investigators discovered that a number of folks had gotten into an argument contained in the restaurant. The group then left the restaurant and continued to argue within the parking zone. Through the altercation, a gun was fired and the sufferer was struck.

On Tuesday, Manchester police introduced that they had arrested two folks — Joseph Davis, 37, of Manchester and Ramon Ramos, 40, of Lawrence, Massachusetts — in reference to the incident.

Ramos is charged with first diploma assault with a firearm and legal threatening with a lethal weapon, and Davis is charged with legal mischief, legal threatening with a lethal weapon and being a felon in possession of a harmful weapon. Davis has already been arraigned and Ramos was scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday in Hillsborough Superior Court docket.

It was not instantly clear if both of them have retained attorneys.
