Manchester Felon Indicted On Londonderry Gun Charge: Superior Court Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Eder Resende Dos-Santos, 43, of Glover Avenue in Quincy, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on June 27, 2023, in Londonderry.

Cody Duarte, 30, of Massabesic Street in Manchester on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on June 25, 2022, in Epping.

Shana Taylor Dutterer, 31, of Lincoln Street in Manchester on possession of fentanyl and delivery of articles prohibited-fentanyl charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug inside the Rockingham County Jail on June 12, 2022, in Brentwood.

Josephine M. Farley, 41, of Fairview Avenue in Lynnfield, MA, on five felony counts of possession of a controlled drug, lorazepam, tramadol, clonazepam, oxycodone, and alprazolam charges, in Seabrook on Dec. 10, 20203.

Scott Raymond Freitas, 45, of Washington Square in Gloucester, MA, on felony criminal threatening-deadly weapon and theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges. He was accused of pulling out a knife and threatening others and stealing rice, corn oil, and tote bags from Market Basket in Salem on Oct. 30, 2023.

Jose A. Lopez, 41, of Washington Street in Haverhill, MA, on falsifying physical evidence committed while on release and three possession of a controlled drug while committed on release charges, fentanyl and meth mix, cocaine, and fentanyl. He was accused of possessing the drugs and concealing a bag in his clothing to impair an investigation on Oct. 6, 2023, in Londonderry. At the time, Lopez was out on bail connected to a Hillsborough County Superior Court South case.

Kelly A. Maggio, 34, of Holstein Avenue in Londonderry on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on July 14, 2023, in Londonderry.

Tyrone Martinez, 44, of Hevey Street in Manchester on a felony felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-a .40 caliber Smith & Wesson pistol on March 5, 2023, in Londonderry.

Kimberly Marie Masson, 41, of Bartley Hill Road in Londonderry on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender. She was accused of driving on Michels Way in Londonderry on Dec. 15, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Anna McDuffee-Willett, 25, of Baystate Road in Lawrence on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on Dec. 3, 2023, in Windham.
