Laconia Man Arrested On Deadly Weapon, Threat Charges: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Neil B. Laforest, born 1961, of Laconia was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on April 11, 2023, on reckless conduct-deadly weapon, criminal threatening, and reckless operation charges as well as yellow-solid line and unsafe lane change violations. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Sheep Davis Road.

Tucker Bean, 31, of Hill was arrested at 9:44 a.m. on April 11 on three warrants. Also arrested on three warrants was Felisha Cunningham, 28, of Tilton. They were arrested after an incident or investigation at the Merrimack County Superior Court at 5 Court St. Bean had a dispositional conference on April 11 after being charged with four acts prohibited charges in Franklin, connected to two cases in June 2023. Last month, Cunningham pleaded guilty to felon in possession of a dangerous weapon and acts prohibited-subsequent charges in Grafton County Superior Court and received two one to three year suspended sentences suspended for three years and a $434 fine.

Arthur Robert S. Klaeson III, 55, of Rochester was arrested at 1:10 a.m. on April 11 on a driving under the influence charge on South Main Street.

Michelle R. Harris, 37, of Hillsboro was arrested on three bench warrants at 6:24 p.m. on March 30 after an incident or investigation on Airport Road.

Jessica A. Auger, born 1991, of Pembroke received a summons at 4:45 p.m. on March 29 on an operating with an expired license charge on Storrs Street.

Kenny Joe Robbins, 29, of Concord was arrested at 9:48 p.m. on March 26 on a bench warrant and a warrant after an incident or investigation on Portsmouth Street. He failed to appear at a dispositional conference hearing on Feb. 28 in Merrimack County Superior Court on an acts prohibited charge from September 2023 in Concord. Robbins is due back in court on May 8.

Jonathan Taylor Gagne, 23, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 7:48 a.m. on March 26 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St. Gagne has active robbery, theft, and drug sale charges in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Huihuang H. Zheng, 46, of Flushing, New York, was arrested at 2:13 p.m. on March 25 on a felony theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501-plus charge after an incident or investigation at Walgreens at 142 Loudon Road. He was held on $500,000 cash bail. The case was moved from Concord District Court to Merrimack County Superior Court on April 2. Zheng has a dispositional conference hearing on July 1. Nicholas Anthony Cappellos, born 2005, of Peabody, Massachusetts, was arrested at 8:47 p.m. on March 22 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at the Steeplegate Mall at 270 Loudon Road.

Joshua S. Colby, born 1997, of Concord was arrested at 3:07 p.m. on March 21 on a bench warrant on Commercial Street.
