Massachusetts Woman Accused Of ‘Loansharking’ At Casino

A Massachusetts lady is accused of operating a “loansharking” operation out of a on line casino in Boston.

Lawyer Normal Maura Healey introduced Friday that Kimanh Le, 50, has been indicted and arraigned in reference to operating a felony loansharking operation out of the Encore Boston Harbor On line casino and in Suffolk and Norfolk Counties.

Le was arraigned in Suffolk Superior Courtroom and charged with 4 counts of Legal Usury after being arrested April 10 on the Boston on line casino.

Following her not responsible plea on the arraignment, Choose Michael Doolin launched Le on her personal private recognizance with the situation that she keep away from Encore and any witnesses, give up her passport, and stay within the state.

She is scheduled for a pretrial convention on June 24.

Le was indicted on the fees by a Statewide Grand Jury on March 31.
