Choctaw HS Student Accused Of Making Bomb, Hostage Threats Directed At Massachusetts High School

A bomb and hostage hoax directed at a highschool in Easton, Massachusetts on Tuesday was traced again to a metro scholar, in line with Choctaw police officers. 

A 15-year-old Choctaw Excessive Faculty scholar is now beneath investigation.

Choctaw Police Chief Kelly Marshall stated {the teenager} advised investigators he thought it will be humorous to make a menace to a college tons of of miles away.

A police report from the Easton Police Division detailed the menace made on Snapchat to a bunch of excessive schoolers. The suspect threatened to bomb a Massachusetts highschool at 12 p.m. on Tuesday and claimed to have a scholar hostage.

“The scholars in Massachusetts did every part proper,” Marshall stated. “They reported it to highschool officers who instantly reacted.”

Marshall stated 5 legislation companies responded with Okay-9s to the menace.

Marshall stated the scholar was suspended, and investigators took custody of his telephone.

“We all know the children in Massachusetts knew one another,” Marshall stated. “How he has ties with them, we don’t know but.”

The suspect isn’t in custody. Marshall stated {the teenager}’s mom wouldn’t permit him to be formally questioned with out an legal professional current. 

Authorities haven’t decided if the scholar can be charged in Oklahoma County or Massachusetts.
