UMaine Extension offers talks, demos at Northern Maine Fair Aug. 4–7 – UMaine News – University of Maine

College of Maine Cooperative Extension will supply a number of free instructional talks and demonstrations Aug. 4–7 on the Northern Maine Honest Exhibition Corridor, 84 Mechanic St., Presque Isle. 

“Extension Talks” start at 6 p.m. Aug. 4–5 and a couple of p.m. Aug. 6–7. Matters embrace pest management for the house backyard, composting and soil testing, UMaine Extension 4-H and AgrAbility packages, and making and canning chocolate raspberry sauce.
