The Maine Turnpike exit that connects site visitors with one of many state’s largest procuring malls will likely be closed this weekend to permit crews to demolish and take away the previous toll cubicles simply east of the brand new turnpike interchange.
Erin Courtney, Maine Turnpike Authority spokesperson, stated in a launch the Exit 45 on and off ramps will likely be closed starting at 9 a.m. Friday and received’t reopen till Monday at 6 a.m. Drivers heading to the mall can use different turnpike interchanges in the course of the shutdown.
