Wet start with snow showers causing slick spots in Connecticut
A wet start with snow showers is bringing slick spots for areas north across Litchfield County, which have caused a few school delays.
A winter weather advisory is still hanging around until 12 p.m. because of the conditions.
Rain wraps up for areas south before we get into a gray, dreary and breezy finish to the day with highs around 40. Tuesday brings a more promising chance of sun!
NEXT: Quiet this week with temps in the 30s, mostly back to the low- to mid-40s Thursday and Friday to finish the week as we close out January and welcome in February! A slight chance of a passing shower Friday afternoon that won’t impact everyone. Then a cooler but tame weekend ahead.

TUESDAY: Cooler. Mostly cloudy. High of 35.
WEDNESDAY: More sun, still cool. High near 36.
