STORM WATCH: Tracking heavy rain midweek in Connecticut

WHAT’S NOW: Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Julian Seawright says conditions overnight will be cloudy and chilly with fog developing in some areas.

WHAT’S NEXT: Warmer on Tuesday, reaching into the low-to middle-50s. Rain will begin Tuesday night into Wednesday. We will get about an inch of rain. Some mixing is possible for areas to the north behind the front as it passes through and temperatures drop. Colder for Thursday and Friday back into the 40s.

TUESDAY: Mostly cloudy. Rain. High of 55 degrees.


WEDNESDAY: Heavy rain. Cloudy and windy. High near 56 degrees.



THURSDAY: Breezy. Snow possible in the morning. High of 43 degrees.


FRIDAY: Cloudy. Rain. High of 47 degrees.
