Geissler’s Supermarket to close South Windsor location after 37 years
Geissler’s Supermarket announced Monday it will be closing its South Windsor location.
The store made the announcement in a Facebook post.
“We’re incredibly grateful to our South Windsor customers and team for all the support over the years. It’s been our honor to be part of this community,” the post said.
The final day for the South Windsor location will be on Thursday, July 17.
The post did not make clear why the decision was made to close.
The company says the store has been open in South Windsor for 37 years.
Geissler’s still has locations in Bloomfield, East Windsor, Somers, Granby, Windsor and Agawam, Massachusetts.
