Connecticut resident dies at Nantucket Triathlon
HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) – A Connecticut resident died at the Nantucket Triathlon Saturday morning.
Police say that during the event, firefighters were alerted that a participant was unresponsive in the water.
The swimmer was brought to shore at around 7:05 A.M. and was transported to the hospital shortly after.
The person later died at 8:05 A.M.
