FOOTBALL
Stephen Aborn resigned from his job as head football coach at Pembroke to join his son’s business. In an email, Aborn said it was not an easy thing to do as he thoroughly enjoyed his four years at the helm, lauding the administration and parental support he received.
“It was a wonderful experience. Honestly, it was the best coaching experience I’ve ever had,” Aborn said. “Unfortunately work and logistics just became too difficult for me to handle. I’m working for my son, who is running the fastest growing company in Massachusetts and it just has become really burdensome to try to do both.”
