Celtics swing big deal for star guard Jrue Holiday
Say this about Brad Stevens: He isn’t timid.
The Boston Celtics swung a major trade Sunday, landing former Bucks guard Jrue Holiday from the Portland Trail Blazers.
To land Holiday, the Celtics are giving up considerable assets: guard Malcolm Brogdon, center Robert Williams, a 2024 first-round pick from the Warriors and Boston’s unprotected 2029 first-round pick, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
The Herald will have much more on this trade.
