Suspect indicted on federal charges in attack on Pelosi’s husband
Nov 9 (Reuters) – A person accused of attacking U.S. Home Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband with a hammer on the couple’s San Francisco residence was indicted by a federal grand jury on Wednesday on tried kidnapping and assault costs.
David Wayne DePape, 42, had already confronted the identical costs below a prison criticism filed in U.S. District Courtroom for Northern California.
State prosecutors have charged him with tried homicide, assault with a lethal weapon, housebreaking, elder abuse, false imprisonment and threatening a public official.
