Biden calls Putin ‘a murderous dictator’ and ‘thug’

President Joe Biden referred to as Russian President Vladimir Putin “a murderous dictator” and “pure thug” as he addressed a St. Patrick’s Day luncheon on the Capitol Thursday, and thanked Eire for standing with the world in opposition to Putin’s aggression. (March 17)
