Governor Tony Evers is ordering flags on all public buildings in Wisconsin to fly at half-staff Monday to pay respect to the six folks killed in final yr’s Waukesha Christmas Parade.
Waukesha has scheduled a public ceremony to mark the one-year anniversary of the tragedy.
