Minnesota girls, Wisconsin boys win 16th annual DAYBA Border Battles

On Wednesday the 16th annual Duluth Amateur Youth Basketball Association’s (DAYBA) Border Battle all-star games tipped off at Superior High School.

The games featured over 40 top varsity talents from Northeastern Minnesota and Northwestern Wisconsin.

Team Minnesota would win the girls game 121-76, while Team Wisconsin won the boys game 116-105.

Solon Springs’ Isaiah Kastern would earn MVP status scoring 28 points. Pine City’s Karly Jusczak was the girls MVP.
