South Dakota looks to offload government-owned Napa railroad

NAPA JUNCTION – There’s a clear demarcation between two privately and publicly owned rail lines in southeast South Dakota.

But it’s not just the overgrown tracks that differentiate the state-owned rail from the nearby BNSF Railway track also running northwest of Yankton.
