BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — File snowfall from a spring blizzard is shutting down authorities places of work, faculties and a few companies for a 3rd day in North Dakota.
The Capitol and different state places of work in Bismarck and past remained closed Thursday, private and non-private faculties canceled lessons or switched to digital instruction, flights on the Bismarck Airport have been canceled and a few highways are nonetheless closed.
