RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) – South Dakota voters will vote on one measure this fall, with eight more potentially added. When out and about, a petitioner may approach you to sign a petition to get one of those questions added to this fall’s ballot.

Of those, 8 include an amendment to establish the right to abortion, an amendment, and a measure to drop the tax on anything sold for human consumption, such as food. And an initiated measure to repeal the already established medical marijuana program.
