BREWSTER, Ohio (WOIO/Grey Information) – Police say there’s one kangaroo on the unfastened in Ohio, WOIO reported.

An individual stopped on the police station Thursday morning claiming that that they had noticed a kangaroo close to Millersburg Highway in Stark County, Ohio.

Officers say the division was proven a video that confirmed the kangaroo crossing State Route 93 Saturday morning round 2:00 a.m.

Police searched the realm and say they discovered the kangaroo within the woods.

Chief Nathan Taylor says the division was not in a position to seize the animal as a result of the officers have been “not sure what to do.”

“By no means in my 25 years have I run into this,” Taylor stated.

On Sunday, authorities confirmed that they tracked down the kangaroo and have a specialist coming to the realm to soundly seize it.

Officers haven’t stated how the kangaroo escaped or the place it escaped from. No zoos have reported a lacking kangaroo.

Police have requested individuals not try and strategy or hunt the kangaroo. Anybody lacking the animal has been requested to contact the police instantly.
