Ohio Supreme Court rules to put Tanya Conrath on ballot
MARIETTA, OH. (WTAP) –
State Consultant… Republican Jay Edwards will formally face Democrat Tanya Conrath on the November poll for the 94th Home district.
This comes because the Ohio Supreme Courtroom overruled a choice by Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose Tuesday morning.
Conrath wished to interchange one other Democratic Candidate on the poll after they withdrew from the race. The Athens County Board of Elections voted 2 -to -2 on the ruling, sending the choice to LaRose.
Conrath appealed LaRoses’s choice… sending it as much as the Supreme Courtroom. That got here to a 4-to-3 ruling in favor of permitting Conrath on the poll.
