Ohio State President Kristina Johnson Reportedly Set to Announce Resignation
Kristina Johnson’s tenure as Ohio State’s president is reportedly ending after lower than three years.
In accordance with a report by Sheridan Hendrix of the Columbus Dispatch, Johnson is predicted to announce her resignation as Ohio State’s president on Tuesday “following an investigation performed by an out of doors agency into issues about her that had been raised by workers,” per Dispatch sources.
Per the report, Johnson is predicted to stay Ohio State’s president for the rest of the tutorial yr. Ohio State has not confirmed the report.
Johnson grew to become Ohio State’s new president in June 2020, changing Michael Drake. She was named to the School Soccer Playoff’s Board of Managers in Could, changing former Penn State president Eric Barron because the Massive Ten’s consultant on the board.
If Johnson resigns, her tenure would be the second-shortest ever for a full-time president of The Ohio State College, behind solely Walter Quincy Scott, who presided over the college for simply two years from 1881-83.
