Ohio Derby 2025: Mo Plex outraces the field at Thistledown (photos)

CLEVELAND, Ohio — Mo Plex, with jockey Joseph D. Ramos, won the 91st running of the Ohio Derby on Saturday, taking home the $300,000 first-place prize at Thistledown.

It was the first Ohio Derby win for trainer Jeremiah C. Englehart. Mo Plex had 6-1 odds.
