Ohio Department of Transportation: Traffic restricted as resurfacing of Ohio 83 begins

COSHOCTON − The Ohio Department of Transportation has announced resurfacing of Ohio 83 from the Muskingum County line to the intersection of Ohio 16. The project should be completed by August.

Work is set to start Tuesday with one lane of traffic to be maintained via flagging.
