Had a credit card stolen from an Ohio gym? Columbus police want to talk to you
Have you had items stolen from a locker at a central Ohio gym or fitness facility?
Columbus police might have a lead on where those items might be.
Police said Tuesday they had identified two suspects in a string of thefts at fitness facilities across Ohio, spanning from the Cleveland area to the Cincinnati area.
The suspects had the personal property belonging to several people when police took them into custody, credit cards in particular. Police have been unable to locate every possible victim of the suspected thieves.
Police also said they believe there are other unidentified victims whose credit cards may have been stolen by the suspects.
Anyone missing a credit card or believes theirs was stolen from a locker at a fitness facility in Ohio within the last three months is asked to contact Columbus detectives at 614-645-2091 or bbeard@columbuspolice.org.
