COLUMBUS, Ohio (COLUMBUS BUSINESS FIRST) — House gross sales slowed within the first quarter of the 12 months, due to rising dwelling costs and rates of interest.

Over the previous two years, patrons bought roughly 9 of each 10 houses listed, in line with Columbus Realtors. Fewer patrons took benefit of an elevated stock in March.

In 2021, 91% of the houses listed have been offered. In 2020, about 93% of listed houses offered.

Throughout the first quarter of 2022, that common dipped to about 82% and resulted in March at about 74%.
