Women’s soccer: Oral Roberts shuts out North Dakota State
TULSA, Okla. — An early penalty kick proved to be the game-winner in Oral Roberts’ 2-0 Summit League victory over North Dakota State on Sunday on the Case Soccer Advanced.
ORU’s Abril Lucio scored on the penalty kick at 8:38. Alex Machado scored a second-half aim at 64:33, and goalkeeper Louisa Ramsauer made 4 saves to protect the shutout.
The Bison fell to 2-4 within the league and 6-7-3 general. They play at North Dakota at 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 16.
