Virginia man arrested in North Dakota after abducting two kids
BURLEIGH COUNTY, N.D. (Valley Information Stay) – The North Dakota Freeway Patrol arrested a person in Burleigh County, in connection to an abduction that brought about an Amber Alert in Virginia.
An Amber Alert was despatched out by Virginia State Police for 1-year-old Adriana Truitt and 2-year-old Jaxon Truitt Monday afternoon, after they have been have been kidnapped by their father, 36-year-old Timothy Paul Truitt.
Police say Truitt took the children from a Walmart on Sunday, in Hampton, VA.
In line with Hampton Police, the kids are within the care of Baby Protecting Companies in North Dakota.
Truitt was wished for felony abduction by Hampton police. Police say that the children have been believed to be in “excessive hazard.”
